MICHELE JORDAN: Hello, my title is Michele Jordan. I am from Los Angeles, California. I’ve had migraines for over 30 years. And I’m a author. I do a number of well being and medical writing largely for WebMD.

There are lots of triggers that I’ve for my migraines, first what I name the three Cs: cheese, chocolate, and cocktails. These three issues get me each time.
